We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Egypt. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Egypt.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Total Delivery Time: You will receive your package within 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is placed. This timeline includes both our internal order preparation (processing) and the transit time with our shipping carrier.

• Note: Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or national holidays will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Rates vary based on your specific city/governorate. You will see the final shipping cost clearly before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been packaged and handed over to our shipping courier, the carrier company will send a tracking number directly to you via Whatsapp. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey in real time on the carrier's platform.

5. Damages, Lost Packages & Issues
